Privacy notice

This site collects as little about you as it can, and only uses it for the reason you gave it.

What is collected

• Your name, email address and message, when you use the contact form.
• Your name and comment, when you comment on a photograph.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider, never by this site.

Likes and comments

When you like a photograph, the site stores a random code in a cookie on your device so it can remember your like. The code doesn’t identify you, and your IP address is not stored, only a scrambled version used to stop spam.

Comments show the name you give and your comment to everyone, but only after Hanou has read and approved them. No email address is asked for. Ask and your comment will be removed.

How it is used

To reply to you, and to send what you bought or asked for. Your details are not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. WhatsApp 072 404 2373 or use the contact form.

Photographs of people

Client photographs only appear here with permission, and photographs of anyone under 18 only with a parent’s written consent. Ask and any photograph of you will be removed.
